Gas Leak Suspected in Kenosha Home Explosion: 2 Injured, 1 Missing

Heroic neighbors rushed to rescue two people trapped in a house on fire after an explosion in Kenosha, WI.  A third person is missing and presumed dead after being trapped in the basement when the house collapsed.

A gas leak is the suspected source of the blast which occurred around 12:40 a.m. on March 22. Neighbors reported smelling gas hours before the explosion and blazing fire that consumed the house located  in the 7800 block of 30th Avenue. An investigation is underway.

Joshua Hall told local media that his brother and sister-in-law, David and Tammy Hall, were injured in the explosion. The couple was rushed via ambulance to the hospital, David Hall was then airlifted to a hospital in Milwaukee.
