2 Injured in Middletown, CT House Explosion Die

Two people who were injured in a Middletown, CT house explosion last week have died from their injuries. Authorities have not released their names.

A total of four people were injured when the house at 1622 Saybrook Road exploded and caught fire around 6:20 a.m. on May 29. The fire marshal’s office is investigating what may have led to the explosion that seriously injured the four people inisde and completely destroyed the home.
