Propane Explosion in Manor, TX Injures 3

A propane explosion in Manor, TX on March 26  left three people with life-threatening burn injuries. Two women and one man who were in the house, located in the 11400 block of Austex Acres Lane, when blast occurred just after 7:15 p.m. sustained burns to 40 percent of their bodies. Two of them were airlifted to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment, one was rushed there by ambulance.

Fire officials believe a leaking 200-pound propane tank was the source of the blast that was so powerful that it blew out the walls of the house.
