Explosion at Dippin’ Dots Facility Injures 4 in Paducah, KY

Four people were injured in an explosion at a Dippin’ Dots manufacturing facility in Paducah, KY. The blast occurred last night around 11:40 p.m.  All four employees were hospitalized

Dippin’ Dots,  a frozen novelty treat, are made by using nitrogen to flash freeze ice cream into colorful, little balls. City officials said there was a nitrogen leak at the plant. An investigation is underway.
