Facing The Future in Light of the Gatesville Hospital Explosion Death Toll
When a loved one is killed in an industrial accident like an explosion, a word like “tragedy” seems completely inadequate. Family members’ lives have been changed forever, and the sense of loss is impossible to quantify.
Unfortunately, while the family members are still mourning their loss, real life begins to intrude. Expenses rise. Bills keep coming.
You are already suffering from an unspeakable loss. Having to worry about income loss or unexpected bills is the last thing you need!
When a family member is killed, loved ones can sue those responsible. A spouse, child, or parent of the victim is allowed to sue. In some states, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members can sue. A lawsuit can help the family financially, and ensure they get justice and answers.
The law firm of Pritzker Hageman is experienced in helping people injured or killed in fires or explosions. Depending on the state, you may be able to sue for loss of income, loss of companionship, and pain and suffering.
